Processing of personal data
All personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
As a data controller, we provide information to the customer as a data subject about the processing of their personal data.
On the basis of Article 13 of the Regulation, we, as data controller, hereby provide the customer as data subject with information about the processing of his personal data.

Purposes and legal basis for processing personal data
The processing of personal data in the scope of name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, address ("Personal Data") is necessary for the proper execution of the order and therefore no consent of the data subject is required for such processing. If the Personal Data is not disclosed, the service cannot be provided.
Furthermore, Personal Data in the scope of IP address and statistics on the use of the website are processed.
The purpose of the processing of Personal Data is in particular:
- communication with the client
- basic analytics of visitor behaviour on the website
We carry out the activities described above in cooperation with other entities. The Personal Data is transferred within the framework of the legitimate interest of the processing of Personal Data consisting in the transmission of Personal Data for the purpose of statistical data evaluation:

Personal data will be stored for the purposes of any disputes or to comply with legal requirements imposed by local or EU legislation.
At the same time, we hereby expressly request that you do not disclose your health data and other data falling under the category of sensitive data when communicating. We never require such data and it is not in our interest to process such personal data in any way. However, if the customer voluntarily discloses such data when communicating despite this notice and thereby apparently discloses it, he does so at his own risk.
Rights of the data subject
You are entitled to request access to Personal Data, rectification or erasure of Personal Data, as well as restriction of the processing of Personal Data. You have the right to object to the processing of Personal Data and the right to the portability of Personal Data. All of these rights can be exercised in writing or electronically via the contact details above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection in relation to the processing of Personal Data.
This Personal Data Processing Policy is drawn up in Czech, English, French, German and Polish, and in the event of a conflict between these language versions, the Czech version shall prevail and prevail.
